As our Senior HR Business Partner for the Revenue organization, you will be the ultimate strategic catalyst behind the global teams driving Docebo's hyper-growth. Partnering directly with senior leaders across Global Sales, Customer Experience, and Revenue Operations, you will transform high-level business goals into groundbreaking people strategies that scale. The Day-to-Day 🗓️
  • Ignite Strategic Growth: Partner seamlessly with senior Revenue stakeholders to orchestrate world-class organizational design, headcount governance, and proactive workforce planning that aligns perfectly with business budgets.

  • Champion Cultural Evolution: Coach and mentor managers daily to elevate leadership effectiveness, drive accountability, and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment where team health thrives.

  • Master the Talent Cycle: Spearhead high-impact talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management calibration, turning potential flight risks into robust, long-term retention victories.

  • Optimize Global Performance: Collaborate hand-in-hand with Sales Operations and Total Rewards to maximize the design and rollout of lucrative sales incentives and compensation plans that inspire greatness.

  • Lead with Data Intelligence: Diagnose complex organizational needs by diving deep into talent analytics, delivering data-backed recommendations that directly influence key business decisions.

  • Navigate Complex People Landscapes: Partner closely with Legal and People Operations to seamlessly resolve intricate employee relations, cross-border employment dynamics, and local compliance matters.

Skills Required

  • 6+ years of HR experience
  • 3+ years in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role
  • Experience supporting sales, customer experience, or revenue operations organizations
  • Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, restructures, and change management
  • Experience designing and administering sales incentive and compensation plans (commission escalations, title changes)
  • Master-level coaching, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading talent reviews, succession planning, and performance calibration
  • Ability to partner on cross-border employment, local compliance, and employee relations with Legal and People Ops
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment with strong bias for action and ownership
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
  • Willingness to work hybrid in-office approximately three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)
