As a trusted advisor to both plant operations and key business leaders, you’ll be at the forefront of aligning people strategies with business goals. You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Engineering, Digital Commercial, and Customer Service to attract, engage, and retain top talent. What You’ll Do

You’ll design and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and retention, while leading workforce planning initiatives such as internal mobility, succession planning, and organizational design. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic thought partner, helping business leaders build cultures of trust, safety, and performance. You’ll lead talent development and performance management programs, support change initiatives with empathy and structure, and use data and insights to shape decision-making.

You’ll also collaborate with our HR Centers of Excellence—including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and more—to deliver a seamless and meaningful employee experience. Through it all, you’ll ensure our HR practices remain fair, consistent, and compliant with legal and company standards.

What You Bring

You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience) and bring at least five years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a strategic HR business partner capacity. You’re known for your strong communication skills, business acumen, and your ability to connect with people across all levels of the organization. You’ve successfully led initiatives around succession planning, employee engagement, and performance development. You’re also well-versed in employment law, comfortable analyzing HR metrics, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have

If you have experience in a manufacturing environment, a master’s degree or MBA, PHR/SPHR certification, or familiarity with Workday, we’d love to know. Experience working cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence is also a plus.
