Position : Senior HRM Specialist 

What will you do?

  • Partner with other Process COE, People Systems, and other People teams to identify and execute on continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost, quality, and/or throughput metrics.
  • Develop and execute on a plan to build a knowledgeable and experienced staff.
  • Serve as escalation point for issues and requests related to people process.
  • Engage in knowledge management and change management activities for projects and change requests.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem solving for any issues arising.
  • Oversee HR process improvement projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Benchmark market best practices and introduce new systems/solutions where applicable.
  • Build up team’s capability and standardized processes/practices to achieve mid/long-term goal such as global shared service.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years’ HR experience
  • Effective communication English skill
  • Team player with company-wide perspective
  • Ability to solve HR process related issues digging down to the details
  • Ability to lead multiple HR projects with ruthless prioritization
