The Role

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders and employees across global teams, primarily within EMEA. In this role, you will support both strategic and operational HR needs, helping drive people initiatives that enable business performance. You will work closely with senior leadership—including C-suite stakeholders—to influence decision-making, build leadership capability, and ensure a seamless employee experience.
This role requires a strong balance of hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to coach and challenge leaders at all levels in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Your Responsibilities will include

Strategic Partnership & Advisory
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned global business units, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, including C-suite executives.
  • Partner with managers and senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, role scoping, and team effectiveness.
  • Use people data, insights, and trends (e.g., turnover, engagement, DEI, performance) to inform business decisions and drive targeted action plans.
Talent, Performance & Development
  • Support and drive performance management processes, development planning, and talent reviews across global teams.
  • Partner with leaders on succession planning, career pathing, and building high-performing teams.
  • Coach managers and employees on development, engagement, and career progression.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
  • Support initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, and team cohesion across distributed teams.
HR Program Execution
  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver harmonized HR programs across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead or support roll-out of core HR initiatives, including performance cycles, engagement surveys, compensation processes, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, global standards, and internal policies.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes, tools, and employee experience as the organization continues to scale.

We expect you to have

  • 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner working with global teams (preferably EMEA).
  • Strong experience partnering with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, dynamic environments; experience in a tech scale-up or high-growth environment is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of local labor regulations (EMEA focus) and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution.
