As Senior HRBP Germany, you will serve as the primary HR partner for business leaders across Germany, providing strategic advice and guidance on people, organizational, and labor-related matters. You will also oversee the delivery of local HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experience while partnering closely with COEs and shared services teams.
Where You Will Make an Impact
Service Delivery & Operational Excellence
Own the delivery and quality of People Services across the full employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) at country / cluster level, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Ensure compliant, timely, and accurate execution of HR operational processes in line with local labor law, regulatory requirements, and global HR standards.
Execute global COE cycles locally (Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition); ensure readiness and on-time delivery.
Act as the primary owner of local People Services outcomes, including onboarding, employee data integrity, employee relations case management, life-cycle events, and offboarding.
Drive stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement of local HR processes.
Own the local employee and manager experience for enterprise HR programs; ensure communications, readiness, and adoption.
Monitor performance, data quality, and SLAs; identify root causes and implement corrective actions in partnership with Shared Services and overall HR function areas.
Ensure accurate and consistent use of HR systems, working closely with Payroll and HR Shared Services. Provide visibility of relevant HR metrics and KPIs (SLA, data quality, Tier 2 responsiveness).
Lead and operate in close collaboration with HR Shared Service Center and COEs, ensuring alignment of decisions, efficiency and adoption of the HR operating model.
Employee Relations
Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance concerns, and conduct issues, ensuring consistency with HR policies and local requirements.
Apply sound judgment to assess complexity and risk, escalating cases appropriately to People Services Regional Leadership, Legal, among other stakeholders.
Conduct or partner with colleagues on investigations and formal disciplinary actions.
Reinforce fair, consistent, and transparent application of HR policies by contributing to crisis mgmt. and risk mitigation at local level.
Provide local perspective to regional or global initiatives, impacting the country. Protect global standards; route exceptions following governance guidelines.
What Makes You the Right Fit
10+ years of progressive HR experience in complex regulatory environments.
Proven background in HR operations, employee relations, and HR Services delivery.
Proven COE partnership: translate global design into local execution and adoption.
Strong HR systems/process discipline (data quality, controls, and change adoption).
Hands‑on experience transitioning or operating within a Shared Services HR model.
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and critical labor environments.
