About the Role:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Requires extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations. Manage complex HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Work closely with management to foster a positive work environment, promote diversity and inclusion, and support talent development initiatives. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
