What You Will Do

As an HR Specialist for our Peripheral Vascular division (formerly known as Inari), you will support HR operations, reporting, and project coordination while partnering closely with HR leaders. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys managing HR processes, supporting recurring HR programs, and contributing to HR projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is onsite approximately three days per week in Irvine, CA.

HR Operations & General Support

  • Supports and executes HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mass job changes, performance cycle coordination, training support, and offboarding.
  • Assists with employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, programs, and systems, escalating more complex issues appropriately.
  • Partners with HR leadership and HRBPs to ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintains HR data accuracy and documentation; supports audits and reporting through consistent process adherence.
  • Updates and reconciles data in HR systems to ensure integrity and consistency.

Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics

  • Builds and maintains recurring HR reports and dashboards to support HR leadership and operational needs.
  • Conducts basic to intermediate data analysis to identify trends and support HR decision-making.
  • Prepares summaries and insights for HR leaders related to metrics such as headcount, turnover, engagement, and performance cycles.
  • Supports annual programs such as performance reviews and employee engagement surveys through reporting and tracking.

Project Coordination & Process Improvement

  • Supports HR projects and initiatives including policy updates, system enhancements, and annual HR programs.
  • Coordinates project tasks, timelines, and deliverables under the direction of HR leadership.
  • Tracks progress, documents outcomes, and helps identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Participates in continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to HR tools and workflows.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Works closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and COEs to support business needs.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Supports onsite HR activities and employee events.

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent 6+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience ​
  • Advanced analytic experience with reporting, dashboarding, and Excel experience
  • Proven experience leading HR projects and driving process improvement initiatives with an ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Strong experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)

$79,900 - $127,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
