Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience in HR programs or related fields, and/or proven ability in successfully leading HR programs.
- 2 years of Demonstrated ability to lead broad-based, enterprise communication efforts.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related
- Upon hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Or
- Upon hire: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) - Project Management Institute
