Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations projects including onboarding, offboarding, policy rollouts, compliance initiatives, and system/process enhancements.
- Oversee the accuracy and governance of employee records, contracts, and statutory documents.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
- Act as an escalation point for complex employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
- Collaborate with payroll, finance, legal, and facilities to ensure smooth integration of HR operations with other functions.
- Build, Track and analyze HR operations metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, compliance status) and present insights to HR leadership.
- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation, statutory compliance, and timely reporting.
- Support the implementation and governance of HR policies, ensuring alignment across teams and functions.
- Lead change management and communication efforts for HR process or system implementations.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in HR operations or shared services, with demonstrated experience in leading projects or initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR processes,Payroll, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Experience in process improvement, HR technology adoption, or operational transformation preferred.
