Job Description
We are looking to hire a Human Resources Senior specialist based in our Riyadh office to manage the HR operations activities in Saudi Arabia. You will need to be based in Riyadh and have prior relevant experience in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Escalating to HR Operations Manager as needed
- Partner with the business to provide HR expertise and insights in areas of focus
- Provide guidance on probation terminations and employee performance dismissals, managing the exit process and legal implications.
- Advise of any local legal update to the HR Operations Manager
- Support Employee Relation cases and escalate where required to HR Operations Manager
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts in compliance with Saudi labor laws
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Support with GOSI and Qiwa
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making
- Assist Finance team to prepare the monthly payroll
- Perform all related HR duties as assigned within your scope of practice
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information as well as processing skills to handle situations in a professional and diplomatic manner
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level
- Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative
- Can work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
