Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsibility for responding to service ticket requests, overseeing various People Operations and Payroll and Benefits processes, providing support to employees and HR People Partners on – site and virtually and managing escalations, complying with local and global company policies and guidelines
- Create and maintain support materials around HR Tools and processes to enable employee self – service and drive customer satisfaction
- Maintain vendor relationship with 3rd party providers
- Broaden knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Generate and analyze business related reports in various areas to enable business decisions
- Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires advanced experience in the Human Resources & HR Operations Service Delivery. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Extensive experience in HR operations, including reporting, onboarding, and payroll coordination, proven track record of familiarity with the specifics in Germany
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Workday, SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written German and English language skills
