- Oversee day-to-day global HR operations ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract changes, terminations, and payroll coordination
- Draft and review employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Provide first-line support to HR Business Partners in handling sensitive and complex employee relations cases (e.g., investigations, disciplinaries, and dismissals)
- Partner with Store Managers to advise on HR policies, labor regulations, and local requirements (e.g., visas, working hours, sick leave documentation)
- Lead efforts to improve and standardize HR processes, templates, SOPs, and compliance checklists across regions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records and ensure documentation meets audit standards
- Monitor and manage absence reporting and leave administration, including long-term sick leave, parental leave, and holiday tracking
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members as needed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-location retail or international environment
- In-depth knowledge of global labor law and HR practices
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, AFAS)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Proactive, solution-driven, and capable of working independently
