Role Summary
We are looking for an HR leader who can help shape the next phase of growth for our India Global Delivery Centre. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations and focuses on building scalable people strategies, strengthening organizational capability, and creating a high-performance, digital-first workplace culture.
As an HR Manager, you will partner closely with business leaders, HR leadership, and cross-functional teams to align talent strategies with business outcomes. You’ll help drive workforce planning, leadership development, HR transformation, employee experience, and compliance initiatives while supporting the growth of an AI-native and platform-enabled organization.

You’ll partner with leadership teams to improve workforce planning, strengthen employee engagement, and modernize HR operations through AI-enabled processes and data-driven decision-making. Your work will contribute to building resilient teams capable of supporting integrated customer experience, analytics, engineering, and digital platform initiatives across global markets.
As OneMagnify continues evolving its GCC operations, this role will play a key part in shaping workplace culture, driving organizational transformation, and ensuring people practices remain agile, compliant, and future-ready.
What You'll Do
Drive Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business and department leaders to align people strategies with operational and business goals
- Support organizational design initiatives that improve agility, team effectiveness, and scalability
- Lead workforce planning discussions including headcount strategy, capability planning, and talent forecasting
- Provide data-driven guidance on talent availability, organizational effectiveness, and workforce trends
Build Leadership and Talent Capability
- Support succession planning initiatives for leadership and business-critical roles
- Identify and develop high-potential talent through mentorship, coaching, and development programs
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen performance management and career growth frameworks
- Help build a culture of continuous learning through modern learning platforms and targeted upskilling initiatives
Lead HR Transformation and Digital Initiatives
- Support the evolution of an AI-enabled HR function by improving workflows, processes, and employee experiences
- Drive change management initiatives related to digital transformation, hybrid work, and organizational shifts
- Partner with HR operations, technology, and leadership teams to improve process efficiency and scalability
- Identify opportunities to modernize HR delivery through automation, analytics, and smarter employee workflows
Manage Rewards, Performance, and Employee Experience
- Support compensation and benefits programs including salary benchmarking, variable pay, and employee wellness initiatives
- Lead annual appraisal and merit increase cycles with a focus on transparency, consistency, and data-backed decisions
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace experience initiatives across teams
- Champion inclusive workplace practices that support collaboration, equity, and employee well-being
- Ensure readiness and compliance with Indian Labour Codes and statutory requirements
- Oversee compliance processes related to PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and other employment regulations
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to maintain compliant, employee-focused workplace policies
- Act as a key advisor and contributor to POSH and workplace ethics initiatives
Support Performance and Organizational Growth
- Lead performance management processes that support accountability, growth, and continuous feedback
- Identify skill gaps and partner with leaders to implement targeted development plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, finance, leadership, and delivery teams to maintain organizational alignment
- Contribute to building a high-performance culture that supports business growth and employee success
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate specialization in HR is preferred
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or HR Management roles
- Strong understanding of organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives within technology, digital services, consulting, or GCC environments
- Working knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, statutory compliance, and employee relations practices
- Experience managing performance cycles, rewards programs, and leadership development initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR metrics and workforce insights for decision-making
- Ability to manage organizational change and navigate evolving business priorities
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship management skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with AI-enabled HR tools, HR analytics, or workflow automation platforms
- Exposure to digital-first operating models, platform-enabled delivery, or integrated business services environments
