About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead the People strategy for Customer Experience organisation across the Middle East. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is responsible for HR partnership and people operations across KSA and Egypt.
You’ll work closely with CX and People leadership to implement scalable, high-impact HR frameworks that drive engagement, capability, and performance across a fast-growing operational workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the People agenda for the Customer Experience organisation across KSA and Egypt
- Act as a senior HR business partner to CX leadership, advising on organisational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Oversee core HR areas including business partnering, employee relations, and HR operations
- Design and implement engagement, retention, and development programs for large frontline and operational teams
- Partner with business leaders on succession planning and capability building for key CX roles
- Support alignment of compensation and recognition frameworks with business growth and market trends
- Champion employee experience initiatives across onboarding, development, and internal communication
- Leverage people analytics to drive data-informed decision-making
- Lead and coach a regional HR team
Requirements
Required & Preferred Experience
- 8–12+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP or HR leadership exposure
- Experience supporting high-volume, customer-facing or operational teams
- Multi-country HR experience, ideally across UAE, KSA, and Egypt
- Solid understanding of regional labour laws and HR compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience in workforce planning, organisational design, and leadership development
- Comfortable operating in fast-scaling fintech environments
- Arabic speaking is a plus
