Position Summary:
Senior HR Generalist leads core HR functions with emphasis on full‑cycle recruiting (technical and non‑technical), HR systems management, compensation administration and process improvement. This role is accountable for talent acquisition, onboarding, HR analytics, and early‑talent programs, while supporting employee relations, compensation mapping, policy refinement, and new‑manager training in partnership with leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across all functions, including engineering and IT roles.
- Conduct intake meetings, define technical competencies, and administer structured screenings and assessments.
- Develop sourcing strategies, manage pipelines, facilitate interviews, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Maintain OFCCP compliance hiring practices.
- Lead onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Manage the internship program (recruiting, onboarding, engagement, evaluations).
- Plan and attend job fairs/campus events; maintain relationships with universities and technical programs.
- Administer annual compensation cycles, including audits, leveling updates, and system changes.
- Maintain compensation structures, pay bands, and job architecture.
- Conduct benchmarking and salary mapping; ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Partner with Finance and HR leadership during budgeting and promotion planning.
- Provide compensation analysis and drive workflow improvements.
- Serve as system administrator for core HR platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Lattice, Breezy HR, SharePoint).
- Manage user access, configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain HR SharePoint resources and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Produce dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, recruiting analytics, compensation insights).
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance (EEO/OFCCP).
- Support documentation standards and ongoing audit readiness for OFCCP and SOC2.
- Update HR policies and support process improvements across HR operations.
- Deliver foundational new manager training on HR essentials (performance, documentation, compensation, recruiting).
- Collaborates with HR Leadership to support the overall team with policies, learning & development, and employer relations.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 4-6 years of progressive HR generalist experience, including full-cycle recruiting, HR systems administration, HR data analytics, and compensation administration.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Proven success in leading full-cycle recruiting and developing scalable sourcing and onboarding processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in salary benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and career/job description mapping.
- Strong track record of implementing process improvements across HR functions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally with HR leadership.
- Proficiency in maintaining and optimizing the following HR technologies preferred:
- HRIS and reporting
- Performance management and engagement
- Applicant tracking and candidate management
- SharePoint -HR documentation and resource management
Physical Demands & Working Environment:
- Must be able to sit for much of the workday with periodic walking and/or standing.
- Must be able to work in an office environment.
- This role may require periodic travel for recruiting and employment outreach, up to 10%.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $74,000-80,000 per year
- Bonus Eligibility: Yes, bonus eligible for non-sales roles.
