Job Description
Provides coaching support, building skills, knowledge, and competencies to achieve results and make employee-related decisions in a fast-changing environment
· Accountable for the approach and outcome on employment matters; directing and influencing management around the people agenda to maximize intended performance and reduce people-related risks
· Assist with annual merit review program to support the business initiatives and employee retention
· Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues
· Conduct exit interviews
· Drive change management efforts across assigned organizations, ensuring employee and stakeholder impact are at the forefront of organizational decisions, and that organization changes are planned and thoughtfully implemented with strong process integrity
· Advises management on HR policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions, which may be significantly complex
· Ensures effective communication strategies are in place within the organization and builds two-way communication channels
· Identify levers and develop strategies that measurably improve engagement and retention
· Develop and maintain strong networks and relations (informal and formal) with employee resource groups, external partners, and leading industry and stakeholder communities
· Advise and mentor employees of all levels on matters relating to business development, engagement, conflicts, and more
· Work collaboratively with other members of Talent, HR, etc.. to provide consistent and cohesive execution of HR programs such as performance management, DE&I initiatives, compensation/promotion cycles, and talent development
· Give insights, data, and feedback on core people programs and employee engagement
· Regularly assess organizational climate, engagement, and effectiveness, and see opportunities for improvements
· Collaborate, create, participate in engagement programs/events, L&D initiatives
