HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive with 2-3 years of relevant HR experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, excellent at stakeholder coordination, comfortable working with numbers, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely hiring.
• Prepare offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll by ensuring attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions are accurate.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and resolve discrepancies with department heads.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives at operational level.
• Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical ability with good command of Microsoft Excel.
• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people and can effectively manage multiple HR responsibilities.
