The Role

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on Recruitment and Operations. This role will support business growth by attracting top talent, strengthening people processes, and driving organizational effectiveness through clear, confident, and effective communication.

Recruitment

  • Manage recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Manage sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels independently
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and communicate directly with candidates in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure clear follow-up and feedback communication
  • Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain ATS data, recruitment metrics, and hiring reports

HR Operations

  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and exits
  • Handle employee interactions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters through effective listening and documentation
  • Assist in HR policy implementation by clearly explaining policies and procedures to employees
  • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role with strong exposure to Recruitment & Operations
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS and recruitment tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive conversations with discretion and confidence
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
