About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive with a keen eye for detail and a passion for both numbers and people. This role is ideal for someone who excels in payroll management, HR operations, and has strong command over Excel functions like SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, data sorting, and data formatting. The ideal candidate is not only analytical but also a people person – someone who values collaboration and builds positive employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processed and managed accurate monthly payroll using advanced Excel functions, including the creation of dashboards for reporting and analysis.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory deductions such as EOBI, Social Security, and Income Tax.
• Maintain and update employee data with proper formatting and sorting for clean, efficient reporting.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding, offboarding, and final settlements.
• Keep HR records, attendance logs, and leave tracking systems up to date.
• Address employee payroll queries with empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Assist with audits and generate required payroll and HR reports.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and other teams for smooth salary disbursement.
• Ensure strict data confidentiality and maintain records in a well-organized manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel: SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, sorting/filtering, conditional formatting, etc.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – a true people person.
• Understanding of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
