Position Summary
- The Senior HR Data Analyst will ensure data governance and consistency across Enovis. This global role involves collaborating with the Human Resources team to create reliable and consistent data by developing statistical models, forecasts, dashboards, and queries. Responsibilities include data storytelling, consulting with stakeholders on metrics and data interpretation, and performing deep analysis to validate data quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand HR, business, and functional practices and processes with a proven ability to provide relevant metrics aligned with those objectives and processes
- Organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data to generate insights and address reporting needs
- Design, produce, and maintain various HR dashboards to provide key workforce measures utilizing various tools (Excel, BI, Workday, etc.) under governance procedures. Monitors trends and highlights areas of concern for possible intervention
- Identifies opportunities to maximize data usage, applying modeling and optimization methods to develop new strategies and improve business performance
- Uncovers gaps in current insight tools and integrates new analytics and tracking solutions to surface date
- Exhibits analytical rigor, judgment, and ability to present a comprehensive ‘data story’ to multiple levels of the organization
- Prepare reports and presentations on demographic profiles, turnover ratios, headcount reporting, etc.
- Act as an internal consultant by understanding business nerds, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners
Minimum Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Applied Statistics or a related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of progressive data analytics experience
- 3 years of HR Analytics is preferred
- Experienced with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate and present insights

- No travel required

- Experience with Workday is a plus
- Ability and willingness to think strategically and act tactically
- Extremely detail-oriented—able to provide accurate data and concise, meaningful reporting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills – able to draw conclusions, themes, and trends from large amounts of data and propose solutions
