Working in an HR Consultancy is a bit different to internal HR or People and Culture teams. It requires flexibility and speed, being able to adapt to clients with different ways of operating, personalities, decision making, as well as different cultures. What's similar is that you get to build partnerships, improve clients’ leadership and management capability, solve real problems, and do work you can be really proud of.
Some days our work is strategic, some days it's a bit wild, some days it’s compliance or recruitment focused. But every day you will get variety and work with an amazing group of people experts who have a serious passion for they do, creating partnerships and solutions that we are all proud of.
We need someone senior - business partner level, or intermediate level and ready to step up. Team fit matters to us. Genuinely. But more than that, we want someone who brings their true self to work.

Skills Required
- Senior HR consultancy or business partner experience
- Experience advising on recruitment, compliance, and HR strategy
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clients, cultures, decision-making styles
- Proven capability to improve client leadership and management capability
- Strong interpersonal skills and team fit; bring your true self to work
- Comfortable working in a hybrid / remote flexible arrangement
