As a Senior HRBP at JFrog you will…- Design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals, fostering employee engagement and strengthening our culture
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders at all levels, from team leads to VPs, providing expert HR guidance and support
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights, coaching, and guidance
- Contribute to cross HR projects, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table
- Support the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience
- Take hands-on ownership and execute employee lifecycle processes
- Work closely with Global HR functions, such as, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits, and more
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment in similar organizations in a global company
- Proven track record of building strategic initiatives and plans to support business goals
- Strong track record of partnership with senior leaders
- Analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach
- Multi-tasking skills, high resilience, and agility – ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and stressful environment
- Positivity & can-do attitude, creative, versatile, and capable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
- Ability to implement AI within the role
