 Position Overview:

Acts as a strategic partner to various business unit stakeholders of Manila Shared Services enabling a performance culture and highly engaged colleagues.  Adopts HR Center of Excellence standard programs and processes enabling Business Facing HR strategic partnering and HR service delivery. 

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you shall be accountable to drive strategic talent priorities in the aeras of:

 Strategic Partnership & Organizational Design

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business needs and translate them into effective people strategies.
  • Lead organizational design efforts to optimize structure, roles, and workflows for agility and growth.

Workforce Planning & Resource Management

  • Drive workforce planning, ensuring alignment of talent supply with business demand.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to manage resource allocation and headcount forecasting.

Culture, Inclusion & Engagement

  • Champion values and behaviors that foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
  • Lead colleague engagement initiatives, leveraging insights to improve employee experience.
  • Promote inclusion, belonging, and wellbeing support through targeted programs and leadership advocacy.

Talent & Leadership Development

  • Provide coaching to leaders focusing on enhancing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, people management and decision-making capabilities.
  • Own succession planning and high-talent development, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Partner with L&D to deliver impactful development programs aligned with business goals.

Change Management & Transformation

  • Lead change management strategies for organizational shifts, restructures, and transformation programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during periods of ambiguity, helping leaders navigate change with clarity and empathy.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver business leadership reporting and readouts, translating people data into actionable insights.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Required education, experienced and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines
  • Over 8 years of HR generalist experience with a broad experience across OD, Change Management, Talent Development, and Leadership Engagement
  • Strong HR Business Partnering experience in a shared services, multi-national work environment with proven ability to influence leaders
  • Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in using people analytics to influence decision making 
  • Able to work under pressure and a strong can-do / resilient attitude.
  • A good team player
