Position Overview
You are the people partner for our Finance and Accounting leaders and our Careers business unit. You help leaders build strong teams, solve people challenges early, and make decisions that are fair, consistent, and good for the business. You also help shape how Momentive grows its people, from career paths to development programs that reach every team.

You will also help design and roll out talent and career development programs that serve the whole company, working alongside Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and the rest of the HR team. You are comfortable in the numbers, since you will support the team that runs them, and you bring a steady, people-first approach to hard conversations.
