What you'll own

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, driving workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes.

• Lead organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and prepare the business for future growth.

• Utilize workforce analytics and people insights to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support data-driven business decisions.

• Guide leaders through organizational change, transformation initiatives, and employee engagement efforts to ensure successful adoption and business impact.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex people matters, partnering with key stakeholders to foster a high-performing, compliant, and inclusive workplace.

What you'll bring

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed, or global organizations to drive business and people outcomes.

• Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage workforce analytics and people data to develop strategic recommendations and influence decision-making.

• Exceptional consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to coach leaders and influence across multiple levels of the organization.
