About the role:
Join us as our Senior HR Business Partner & Talent Reward Lead in Lessines.

How you will contribute:
Reporting to the Site HR Head, you will contribute to the implementation of the people strategy and the development of a strong and engaged workforce.
You will play a dual and pivotal role as both Strategic HR Business Partner (75%) and Talent Reward Lead (25%). You will also own and evolve the full suite of employee benefits and oversee harmonization of insurance related benefits in collaboration with our broker. As such, you will:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR with evolving priorities
- Advise leaders on HR strategies, workforce planning, and talent management while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Lead transformation with energy and pragmatism, build resilience, and guide transitions with clear communication.
- Develop talent, strengthens leadership capabilities and drives succession planning.
- Guide leaders on performance, team dynamics and people development.
- Build a culture of trust, engagement and day-to-day proximity with the teams.
- Promote inclusivity and well-being and enhance employee experience through targeted initiatives.
- Lead all local reward topics (merit, bonus, LTI) and ensure alignment and compliance within the HR Team.
- Drive an innovative and structured benefits strategy in collaboration with social partners. Ensure competitive and equitable practices through benchmarking and market insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Global teams (C&B, Talent Acquisition, L&D, legal, etc.)
- Develop a positive and constructive social dialogue, allowing continuous transformation.
- Use analytics to monitor performance and continuously improve practices through digital tools.
What you bring to Takeda:
- Degree in Human Resources, Social Law, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 in a strategic HRBP role ideally within manufacturing, industrial or regulated environments (pharma, etc.).
- An HR leadership experience in a middle-size company where all HR aspects are covered is also interesting for the role.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and transformation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation & benefits policies, benchmarking, and collaboration with global C&B teams
- Fluent in both French & English.

Important Considerations:
At Takeda, our patients rely on us to create quality products, and we aim to create a safe environment for our team members. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product or putting anyone at the site in harm's way. In this role, you may:
- Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.
- Need to remove all make-up, jewellery, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
- Work in a cold, hot environment and load manual handling.
- Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.
- Work around chemicals and biologicals products that may require specific protection (respiratory, skin, etc.).
