Are you looking for a meaningful role whilst working part time? Our HR team is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join us in Blenheim for 20 hours per week. Working closely with the local operations team and wider HR team in Auckland, and part of a global family, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
The Senior HR Advisor provides operational HR support, guidance, and coaching to managers and employees.
The role is responsible for implementing performance management processes, managing end-to-end recruitment for ANZ business supporting employee relations, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting delivery of our culture journey and HR processes enhancements, and overseeing other HR matters.
Key areas of work include
- Managing end to end recruitment including our Future Workforce and Cadet Programs
- Supporting managers and employees with employment relations matters
- Coaching & mentoring other P&C team members and role model company culture
- Manage databases and systems to support HR operations
- Lead core OD activities – surveys, performance, change management

About you
To be successful in this role you’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ HR experience including managing employment relations and recruitment.
Naturally you’ll be a strong communicator, experienced on a range of systems (we use Workday), enjoy getting into the nitty gritty of data and have critical thinking skills.
