1 Training
Training Planning: Coordinate and execute the annual training calendar based on business and employee development needs.
Training Needs Identification: Conduct TNI and coordinate training nominations with respective departments.
Training Coordination: Organise induction, onboarding, technical, behavioural and compliance training programmes.
Training Records: Maintain training records, attendance, feedback and effectiveness data in HR/Learning systems.
Training KPIs: Monitor training KPIs such as training hours, mandays and completion of planned programmes.
Skill Matrix: Coordinate skill development, competency assessments, skill matrix and employee development initiatives.
2. Employee Engagement
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, celebrations and employee connect programmes.
Employee Communication: Coordinate employee communication, recognition and reward initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

Recruitment MIS: Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor hiring metrics such as Time to Hire, vacancies and offer-to-joining ratio.
HR Coordination & Reporting: Prepare HR MIS and reports and ensure timely coordination with employees, departments, vendors and external agencies.
