ABOUT THE POSITION:
Senior In-House Lawyer at BURGA is more than just a title - it's a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand taking the world by storm. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact, high-visibility senior legal role within one of Lithuania's fastest-growing global consumer brands. You won't be a cog in a machine - you'll be a key voice shaping how BURGA grows, protects its brand, and navigates complex international markets at scale.
Your role: As our Senior In-House Lawyer, you'll take ownership of BURGA's legal and regulatory strategy across all markets, enabling the business to grow confidently and responsibly. From e-commerce and consumer protection to complex contracts, you'll act as a trusted adviser to leadership, turning legal challenges into clear, commercially sound guidance - with a real opportunity to define and lead the legal function as the business scales

Skills Required
- 5+ years of strategic legal or compliance experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or technology, either in-house or at a law firm
- Experience independently managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working with a Customer Service function, including complaints and dispute resolution
- Strong knowledge of EU consumer protection and e-commerce law
- Knowledge of international trade law
- Strong grounding in contract, commercial, and corporate or company law
- Working knowledge of IP law, including trademarks, design rights, copyright, and the Madrid Protocol
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Commercial mindset and ability to provide business-enabling legal advice
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, legal research, and AI tools
