Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Hourly Senior Recruiter – Business Unit and Functions to join our Cummins Inc. team in Atlanta, GA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Drive efficient hiring outcomes by identifying, engaging, and selecting qualified talent for current and future workforce needs.

Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver seamless and effective recruiting experience.

Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and external recruiting channels.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Preferred experience in agency and/or in-house recruiting environments, with the ability to adapt sourcing and hiring strategies across varying talent needs.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines, maintain data integrity, and provide stakeholder reporting.
Apply candidate assessment and selection methodologies to identify top talent while supporting fair, objective, and compliant hiring practices.
Collaborate effectively across HR and business teams to provide recruiting consultation and align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, customer focus, and interpersonal effectiveness when working with candidates and hiring leaders.
Leverage external talent sourcing techniques and market insights to attract and engage diverse candidate pools.
Use data analytics, reporting, and problem-solving skills to uncover hiring trends and drive continuous process improvement.
