Job Summary

The Senior Technical Partnership Support for High Net Worth (HNW) Partnerships is responsible for providing strategic support to the Head of Partnership in managing and optimizing diverse distribution channels, and supporting the sales effort, within the HNW segment.

This role focuses on sales support, case management, operational efficiency, strengthening partner relationships, and facilitating seamless communication across multiple channels, including international brokers, private banks, law firms, Single Family Offices (SFOs), Multi-Family Offices (MFOs), and External Asset Managers (EAMs). While not directly responsible for sales targets, this position is crucial in creating an optimized environment that enables the HNW brokerage team to maximize their sales potential and achieve planned targets.

Job Description

  • Provide technical sales support and case management to key Partners of HNW team, so we are seen as the “HNW Insurer of Choice”.
  • Coordinate with internal functions (Underwriting, Operations, Product, and Reinsurance) to ensure efficient case management and delivery of a 'best in class' client experience across all channels.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for managing and optimizing diverse distribution channels, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and strategy set by the Head of Partnership, and Director, Partnership Development
  • Act as a liaison between various distribution channels, facilitating effective communication and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Partnership team to identify new strategic opportunities and support the diversification of business from core partners to new channels.
  • Support the Head of Partnership in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across all distribution channels, particularly focusing on day-to-day management and operational aspects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all distribution channels, supporting the Head of Partnership in risk mitigation efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Support or Case Management preferably in the HNW insurance or financial services sector
  • Proven track record in supporting senior leadership and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong operational and project management skills. As well as Operations and Sales Support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth understanding of various distribution channels in the HNW market
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in the HNW segment
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
