The Role

The Rare Disease Senior Health Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales of Vyndamax through the different sales & promotion activities, Develop current Center of Excellence, Enhance ATTR-CM early diagnosis, Establish new Center of Excellence, Create referrals from hospitals with potential Heart Failure Patients' to Center of Excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
• Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products as per Pfizer marketing strategies, with limited supervision.
• Distributing product samples and marketing literature to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow-up with HCP (KOL, physicians, pharmacists or any other party having impact on the business), to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Pfizer products.
• Providing approved information to physicians on Pfizer products, e.g. proper medical usage, dosage amounts and side effects.
• Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access.
• Involved in Pfizer community awareness programs.
• Attending seminars.
• Organizing AV activities in his area. Select and communicate with speakers.
• Reporting visits and other activities using Veeva system.
• Attending regular sales meetings with SM, general meetings and cycle meetings.
• Preparing short term POA restricted to his area and products.
• Presenting reports according to SM recommendations and the market needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Preparing and help MR to prepare presentations in AV activities. Attend with MR their AV activities.
• Attending special meetings to discuss strategies, problem solving, growth...
• Attending external professional trainings if available.
• Counselling MR (detailing brochures, problem solving, etc).
• Assigned duties: short term general POA for all the team, gathering feed backs from all the team about any emerging issues.
• Submit monthly consolidated report on Business performance, Market trends, Customers' feedback,..etc and as required.
• Build strategic partnerships with KOL's/ Decision makers in both PVT & GVT sectors.
Helping in coaching if needed.
Level of Responsibilities:
Tasks are performed under the general direction of the District Manager; however the incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of his geographical territory.

Experience and Knowledge:
• Medical or Pharmaceutical Education Background.
• Minimum of 4 years of overall experience in Medical Representation.
• Minimum of 2 years of a Professional Medical Representative
• Abu Dhabi/Al Ain Experience is preferred.
• A proven track of exceptional achievements for the last 3 years at least
• Completion of Special Assignments
