Territory Coverage: Bangalore HQ + select upcountry markets (including Mangalore / Hubli as applicable)
The Sr. HCE will be responsible for driving business growth and customer engagement for the assigned oncology/hematology portfolio in Bangalore HQ and identified upcountry markets. The role requires strong scientific engagement with oncologists, business ownership of the territory, institutional account understanding, and effective execution of brand strategy to deliver short- and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of sales objectives for the assigned product portfolio in Bangalore HQ and covered markets.
- Build strong scientific engagement with medical oncologists, hemato-oncologists, and key institutional stakeholders.
- Identify, prioritize, and develop key accounts to improve brand adoption and patient access.
- Execute territory plans with a clear focus on business opportunities, customer segmentation, and account prioritization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical, Marketing, Access, and institutional stakeholders to support business growth.
- Develop strong understanding of institutional treatment pathways, patient flow, competition, and access barriers.
- Ensure effective coverage of both HQ and upcountry markets through disciplined planning and execution.
- Build advocacy with key customers through consistent engagement, scientific discussions, and focused follow-up.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, reporting, and process adherence in line with company expectations.

Basic Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Science / Pharmacy or related discipline. MBA with relevant experience with oncology experience will be considered
- Relevant pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in specialty / oncology / institutional business
- Experience in handling specialist customers and key accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography
