As part of the Hardware team, the Hardware Engineer participates in the development of ADAS products along with other members of the R&D department, considering the respect of customer requirements, project schedule, quality and manufacturing objectives. 作为硬件团队的一员，硬件工程师与研发部门的其他成员一起参与ADAS产品的开发，并综合考虑客户需求、项目进度、质量和制造目标。
Position Responsiblity:

• Manage analysis of the customer requirements relating with HW and Identify the risks to meet the customers' requirements in cost, timing and quality. 管理与硬件相关的客户需求分析，识别风险，以满足客户在成本，时间和质量方面的要求
• Manage technical solutions, in collaboration with System Engineer. 管理技术解决方案，与系统工程师合作
  • Capture the circuit schematic and pilot the board layout and routing. 负责完成电路原理图，并引导电路板的布局和布线
  • Perform design analysis (including Spice simulations). 执行设计分析(包括Spice仿真)
  • Write Technical Notes and Test Reports. 撰写技术笔记和测试报告

• Manage and maintain a complete design document set for the project. 管理和维护项目的完整设计文档集

• Pilot HW HSIS (Hardware Software Interface Specification), PoD (Proof of Design) including WCCA (Worst Case Circuit Analysis). 引导文档撰写，包括HSIS(硬件软件接口规范)，PoD(设计证明)，WCCA(最坏情况电路分析)等
• Initiate & Pilot design FMEA, Reliability Study, Failure Tree Analysis, Safety Hazard Analysis. 启动和引导FMEA设计，可靠性研究，故障树分析，安全隐患分析
• Write Technical Specifications. 编写技术规格书

• Manage the verification of the design concept. 管理硬件设计的验证

• Perform tests of PoD verification and DFMEA verification. 执行PoD验证和DFMEA验证的测试
• Analyze and solve issues in design verification phase. 分析和解决设计验证阶段的问题
• Perform tests with support of product verification team. 在产品验证团队的支持下执行测试
• Perform design improvement and validate based on verification result. 根据验证结果进行设计改进和验证

• Support the industrialization of the product or cross team related HW knowledge. 支持产品量产或跨团队相关的硬件技术支持

• To support FUSA development based on ISO26262-5支持基于ISO26262-5的FUSA开发
• To support PV testing (test scope, test setup, issue debug) 支持PV测试(测试范围，测试设置，问题调试)
• To support the quality team for the PPAP delivery协助质量团队完成PPAP的交付
• To support the cross teams for product knowledge 为跨团队提供产品知识支持
• Support Industrialization, Manufacturing and Purchasing team regarding hardware. 支持量产，制造和采购团队的硬件工作

Position requirements:
required Qualifications

• Diploma: Bachelor or above in Electronics 学历:电子类专业本科或以上
• Working Experience: Master: Minimum 5 years; Bachelor: Minimum 7 years (automotive electronics experience. Experience in radar, vision or other ADAS products is preferred). 工作经验:硕士，5年以上; 本科，7年以上。（有汽车电子工作经验； 有雷达、摄像头或其他ADAS产品经验者优先)
• Language: Native Chinese, fluent English (CET-4). 语言: 母语为汉语，英语(CET-4)

technical Skills Requirements

• Experience in hardware design for mass-production electronics / mandatory, Level 4 有量产电子产品的硬件设计经验，必备，4级以上
• Skilled in hardware design area (Power, MCU, High speed circuit) / mandatory, Level 4 在某个硬件设计领域(电源，MCU，高速电路等)有熟练技能，必备，4级
• Familiar with at least one schematic design tool (Altium, Mentor, Candance, etc.) / mandatory, Level 4至少熟悉一种原理图设计工具(Altium, Mentor, Candance等)，必备，4级
• Familiar with simulation tool (MathCAD, Spice, ANSYS etc.) / mandatory, Level 4 熟悉仿真工具(MathCAD, Spice, ANSYS等)，必备，4级
• Experience in ADAS design is a plus /Level 3 有ADAS设计经验者优先考虑 ，3级
• Familiar with PCB Layout/Routing is a plus /Level 3 熟悉PCB布局布线者优先考虑，3级
• Familiar with reliability/Functional Safety design tools (IQRM, Item toolkit, Medini etc.) is a plus / level 3熟悉可靠性/功能安全设计工具(IQRM, Item toolkit, Medini等)者优先考虑，3级
• Understanding FUSA ISO26262 development is a plus / Level 3 了解FUSA ISO26262开发者优先考虑 ，3级
