Job Responsibilities:
DESCRIPTION
SENIOR DATA PLATFORM & ANNOTATION ENGINEER is responsible for the Data Closed-Loop Toolchain Development.
1.1 Cloud Data Processing Pipeline Development
Design and implement a fully automated pipeline for annotated data and scenario data, covering data cleaning (denoising, deduplication, anomaly filtering), parsing, slicing, frame extraction, and annotation delivery (integration with annotation platforms).
Optimize pipeline throughput and latency to support the processing of 100,000+ scenario data daily and meet the data production needs of the algorithm team.
Develop toolchains for data verification and data visualization.
1.2 Cloud Platform DevelopmentDevelop various modules including data upload, source data management and visualization, dataset management, and workflow orchestration.
System Architecture DesignTake charge of the overall system architecture design of the company's internal automotive cloud platform, including but not limited to core modules such as computing resource management, data storage and processing, and high-performance computing. Ensure the system's high availability, scalability, and security.
Technology Selection and EvaluationConduct in-depth research on the latest technological trends in cloud computing and big data, carry out technology selection, evaluate the application potential of new technologies in the platform, and propose and implement industry-leading technology upgrading solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
At least 5 years of experience in cloud computing and big data platform architecture design, and 3 years of experience in autonomous driving data system-related work. Candidates with experience in building data factories and mass production projects in top-tier companies or unicorns are preferred.
Have in-depth understanding and practical experience in cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence. Proficient in distributed system design and development, microservice architecture, and containerization technologies. Possess a thorough understanding of cloud computing platform services and architecture, and be familiar with big data processing.
Master the processing of common mainstream sensor data: LiDAR (point cloud de-distortion, stitching, dynamic and static compensation) and Camera (distortion correction, image fusion). Proficient in coding and decoding methods such as H264/H265/YUV/MJPEG, familiar with autonomous driving middleware, and have experience in customizing data formats (e.g., self-defined sensor data encapsulation formats and proprietary annotation formats).
Priority will be given to candidates with successful experience in leading the architecture design of large-scale cloud platforms or similar systems, successful cases of solving complex technical problems (e.g., system performance bottlenecks and data security issues), and experience in automotive OEM projects.
Possess strong problem-solving capabilities and be able to quickly locate technical faults in data processing and toolchain operation.
Have excellent cross-team communication skills (able to clearly align requirements and promote collaboration), be reliable and pragmatic, and be able to work under tight project schedules.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS:
Proficient in Python and C++, familiar with Linux operating systems (common commands and Shell scripting), and have good programming practices (code annotation, Git version control, and CI/CD workflows).
Have in-depth understanding and practical experience in cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence. Proficient in distributed system design and development, microservice architecture, and containerization technologies. Possess a thorough understanding of cloud computing platform services and architecture, and be familiar with big data processing.
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and collaboration.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, mechatronics, automotive or equivalent.
REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS
Strong Professional experience in C/C++, Python.
Develop experience with working Linux/Ubuntu.
Advanced skills in Cloud、K8S、Microservices
LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE
Proficiency in English is better (speaking & writing).
