This role operates at a strategic and hands-on technical level, influencing system architecture, product direction, and industry standards while serving as a senior subject-matter expert. The position requires deep expertise in translating system-level requirements into robust, industry-leading hardware designs and leading large, complex development initiatives with significant scope, risk, and impact. • Advanced skills in design modeling, simulation, validation, and engineering analysis.
  • Ability to solve highly complex, novel technical problems using analytical thinking and sound engineering judgment.
  • Experience influencing architecture, roadmap, or technical strategy at organizational or product‑line level.
  • Background in industry standards, technology consortia, or open hardware initiatives is strongly valued.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical solutions to business and customer needs.
