We’re looking for a Senior Developer with deep, hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter to join our team at AAA in Coppell, TX.
This role is focused on core ClaimCenter development, not just integrations.
Must live within 100 miles of Coppell, TX for collaboration meetings twice a month.
What You’ll Need
5+ years of hands-on development within ClaimCenter
Strong experience with:
Gosu
Business Rules
PCF (UI configuration)
Data Model extensions (entities, typelists)
Proven experience configuring and customizing ClaimCenter
Experience with upgrades (v9+ or Cloud preferred)
Agile + CI/CD familiarity
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Integration Gateway for building scalable, secure, and high‑performance integrations is preferred
Hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations including Web Services (REST/SOAP), batch processes, and messaging queues
What You’ll Do
Build and enhance core ClaimCenter functionality (rules, UI, data model)
Lead technical design for complex claims solutions
Support upgrades and platform enhancements
Partner with business and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions
Mentor developers on ClaimCenter best practices

- Strong experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite, specifically ClaimCenter
- Expertise in GOSU (or Java) programming
- Ability to assess, architect, and design new ClaimCenter integrations
- Proven experience in Agile development, version control, and release management tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ClaimCenter version upgrades
- Experience with automated testing (GUnit, Selenium, etc.)
- Guidewire certifications
