What You Will Do:
You will work closely with other Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, Cloudflare's People Team Business Partners and hiring leaders to attract and hire the best sales talent across the Americas region (United States, Canada, and Mexico). You will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for sales teams, with a focus on SaaS, cybersecurity, and other technical areas such as Networking, IaaS, and PaaS.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute scalable, repeatable, and customized recruiting plans to attract the best talent for sales roles across the Americas.
  • Act as an experienced and trusted adviser to hiring managers; provide guidance, insights, and best practices on hiring strategies.
  • Partner with hiring teams to improve talent attraction strategies to increase the diversity of candidate pipelines.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through creative outbound sourcing techniques.
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintaining data integrity, and proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other members of the recruiting team on initiatives and hiring needs across different regions or functional areas as needed.
  • Provide guidance on optimizing job descriptions, candidate sourcing channels, interview processes, and candidate evaluation techniques. Proactively suggest improvements to recruitment programs, systems, and processes to help us scale effectively.
  • Partner with senior leadership across the Americas to ensure alignment on hiring goals and help build a positive culture within the team.


Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market (GTM) teams, with a particular focus on SaaS Account Executives. Previous experience recruiting for cybersecurity, Networking, IaaS, PaaS, or related fields is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage 20+ requisitions at any given time, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Track record of partnering successfully with senior leadership to drive large-scale programmatic hiring initiatives and ensure alignment on hiring needs.
  • Passion for driving diversity and inclusion throughout the recruiting process.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve complex problems independently, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and offer effective, win-win solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing competing priorities while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Experience developing, structuring, and executing recruiting strategies across multiple functions, including sales, customer support, software engineering, and finance.


Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For New York City: Estimated annual salary of $159,000-195,000
