Why This Role, Why Now?

Powerdot is looking for an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and materialize new partnership-led growth opportunities in France. You will move from analysis to action: building the case, designing the commercial approach, launching tests and deciding (honestly and quickly) what deserves to scale.

How You’ll Shape Our Story

• Own a portfolio of new business opportunities in France, from initial hypothesis through validation and growth.
• Build clear business cases for new sectors and partner types, grounded in customer need and commercial economics.
• Design partnership propositions and pilots, including scope, value exchange, operating model and success measures.
• Set targets, run tests, analyse results and recommend whether to scale, adapt or stop.
• Coordinate Pricing, Product, Engineering, Data and Brand colleagues while retaining ownership of execution and outcomes.
• Build repeatable methods for evaluating new opportunities and help raise the quality of work across the team.
• Create a clean handover when a validated opportunity becomes a scalable, ongoing business.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have worked in top-tier consulting or in an operating role at a fast-growing company where the commercial model was still evolving.
• You have opened new categories or partnerships from scratch rather than working only from an established pipeline.
• You can structure a deal and understand its economics, not simply source a partner.
• You are highly data-driven and can explain whether an initiative created value.
• You are comfortable stopping your own idea when the evidence does not support it.
• You bring pattern recognition across several sectors or partnership models.
• You can set a high bar for how opportunities are designed, tested and evaluated without needing formal people-management responsibility.
• Also valuable:
• Relationships or experience across consumer services, financial services, automotive, leasing, retail, utilities or fleet in France.
• Experience in EV charging, energy or mobility.
• Experience building new commercial models in a scale-up.
