We are seeking a Senior GTM Digitalization Manager to lead high-impact, digital transformation across our global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. As a senior strategic leader, you will be responsible for redefining how our business processes, systems, and technologies intersect to improve operational efficiency, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement. This role will partner with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data Science teams to assess current GTM functions and implement cutting-edge digital solutions that deliver measurable impact.

This position is designed for an experienced professional who excels at both strategy development and execution, with a track record of leading transformative digital initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Development:

  • Define the Digitalization Vision: Lead the creation of a forward-thinking digitalization strategy that optimizes our GTM motions (Lead to Opportunity, Opportunity to Value, Renewal).

  • Digital Roadmap: Design and drive the long-term roadmap for digital initiatives that align with GTM growth objectives, focusing on scalability, automation, and efficiency.

Advanced Technology Implementation & Integration:

  • Technology Strategy: Assist in the assessment and selection of best-in-class digital tools and platforms that will drive efficiency across the GTM lifecycle, including automation, AI-driven insights, and CRM optimizations.

  • Systems Integration: Assist in the seamless integration of new tools into the existing tech stack, ensuring interoperability between sales, marketing, and customer success systems.

Automation, AI, and Data-Driven Optimization:

  • Strategic Automation: Lead Digitalization initiatives to automate complex, manual, or repetitive tasks across the GTM process, enabling teams to focus on higher-value work.

  • AI & Predictive Analytics: Leverage AI and predictive analytics to inform “next best actions” for GTM roles, providing insights into customer engagement, pipeline management, and revenue opportunities.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Leadership:

  • Influence Senior Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring that digital transformation aligns with strategic business objectives.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technology solutions, and ensuring buy-in at every stage.

Digital Enablement & Change Management:

  • Enablement Strategy: Design and deliver an enablement program to ensure GTM teams are trained on new digital tools and processes, with a focus on maximizing productivity and user adoption.

  • Change Leadership: Champion change management initiatives, driving cultural shifts and ensuring smooth transitions to new digital practices across global teams.

Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement:

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track critical KPIs to measure the success of digital initiatives, ensuring that all efforts are data-driven and focused on improving GTM effectiveness.

  • Iterative Improvement: Implement a continuous feedback loop to refine and adapt digital strategies based on performance data, evolving market conditions, and user feedback.

Software Rationalization & Tech Stack Optimization:

  • Tech Stack Leadership: For Digitalization efforts, streamline the GTM technology stack by rationalizing tools and eliminating redundancies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal performance.

  • Long-Term Optimization: Develop a forward-looking Digitalization roadmap to evolve the tech stack based on future business needs, ensuring it remains scalable and aligned with GTM goals.

  • Compensation range 136,600.00 - 184,400.00 - USD Annual plus Bonus/equity

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, or Go-to-Market operations within a software, SaaS, or technology-driven environment.

  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digitalization projects at a senior or principal level, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable business results.

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, AI-driven technologies, and advanced analytics tools.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to derive actionable insights from data, with experience in implementing predictive models and AI-driven recommendations.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of influencing and collaborating with senior leaders across multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, etc.).

  • Change Management Expertise: Experience driving successful change management initiatives and cultivating a digital-first culture within a global, high-growth organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Agile Project Management: Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional digital projects using an agile framework.

  • Global Experience: Experience leading digital transformation projects across multiple regions or global teams.

  • Executive Communication: Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
