The Role
Who You Are

You have hands-on experience creating campaigns on major ad platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn. You are a systems wizard and are very comfortable using the latest tools to support demand generation activities. While you may not be a developer, you consider yourself a technical person who can easily setup, navigate, and optimize technology tools as needed to support our AI-Powered Growth Marketing team. You’ve thrived at a startup or scale-up, and understand that moving quickly with a sense of urgency is the key to success.

What You'll Do

  • Use your expertise in paid search and paid social to develop and execute strategies that drive high-quality inbound traffic and pipeline.
  • Build and manage our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) playbook to drive engagement with target accounts, including personalized advertising, content syndication, and retargeting.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to identify new opportunities for scaling paid ads and optimizing budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Content, Product) to design and run A/B tests on campaign creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Own and orchestrate the entire marketing tech stack to power marketing workflows and drive results.
  • Expertise in the following tools are required: GA4, HubSpot, the major Ad Platforms (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta) and other AI-driven tools that we have implemented.
  • Technical ability to assess and implement new tools is a must-have for this role.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the executive team.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role at a B2B SaaS startup.
  • Strong foundational understanding of paid search, paid social, and other paid channels.
  • You understand that MQL obsession in marketing is misguided, and you take a revenue-centric approach to create and capture demand in the market.
  • Hands-on experience with leading marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and martech tools such as HubSpot, GA4 and others.
  • Proven experience in using AI-powered tools to augment key business processes for growth marketing.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue targets through paid channels, with a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

This Role May Not Be a Fit If

  • You prefer well-established, mature processes over fast-paced experimentation.
  • You’re not comfortable learning new tech or using new tools on your own.
  • You have limited experience owning pipeline- or revenue-based targets.
  • Data analysis and statistical thinking are not within your comfort zone.
  • You prefer to follow a playbook rather than build one.
