Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive our product-led growth initiatives (through a marketing lens) while supporting sales-led motions. This person will be highly analytical, innovative, and a skilled problem-solver, with a passion for moving prospects and customers through their journey toward conversion and expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing expertise, an understanding of user experience, and a keen sense for effective copywriting and messaging.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the next best actions to guide prospects, leveraging data and tools to ensure they are more likely to convert and be sales-ready. You'll have a sharp eye for simplifying user journeys and creating intuitive experiences that align with our marketing goals.

Additionally, you’ll play a critical role in selecting and integrating tools into our marketing stack, improving automation, and driving operational efficiency. A forward-thinker, you will also bring innovative ideas on how to leverage AI to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product-led growth initiatives while supporting sales-led marketing motions.

  • Analyze customer journeys and identify key actions to move prospects toward conversion and expansion.

  • Optimize the marketing funnel by influencing customer behaviors through data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure alignment between product and marketing efforts.

  • Evaluate, select, and integrate marketing tools to improve automation and operational efficiency.

  • Identify and implement innovative ways to leverage AI for more effective marketing strategies and improved customer experience.

  • Contribute to messaging and copywriting strategies that resonate with our audience and improve engagement.

  • Work collaboratively with sales to ensure that marketing efforts effectively support lead nurturing and sales readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in growth marketing, with a strong focus on both product-led and sales-led initiatives.

  • Demonstrated success in improving customer journeys and driving conversions through marketing strategies.

  • Solid experience in evaluating and integrating marketing automation tools and improving operational workflows.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies that can enhance marketing and sales effectiveness.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to innovate and optimize processes.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to influence decisions.

  • Knowledge of best practices in user experience and customer journey optimization.

  • Experience with copywriting and messaging strategies that effectively engage target audiences.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align marketing efforts with product and sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS or tech-based products.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing solutions.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $121,000.00-$181,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
