About the Role

Monks are looking for an experienced, ambitious, results-driven marketing professional to generate new business for our client LinkedIn Talent Solutions through our web and SEO channels across global markets, with particular focus on international regions outside North America. This role will report directly into the EMEA/LATAM growth marketing lead, but will also involve partnering closely with global and APAC growth marketing leads and marketing operations partners to define and execute on web and SEO strategies to meet targets on business KPIs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with EMEAL and APAC and global growth marketing leads, to understand business priorities and surface opportunities to drive business impact through Web and SEO channels.
  • Partner with web ops and SEO teams to align on mid and long term strategies that incorporate business opportunities and insights, UX and SEO research, and learnings from global and regional web testing.
  • Partner with web managers and regional marketing partners to execute on web and SEO programmes across multiple languages and geos.
  • Measure, monitor, analyse and drive improvement in web and SEO programmes.
  • Meet regularly with global and regional partners to align on channel roadmaps, manage quarterly planning, and ideate on solutions to address challenges and opportunities based on performance insights.
  • Project manage efficiently across multiple workstreams, and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders across different time zones.

About YouThe essentials:

  • 8+ years marketing experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • 3+ years experience working with web and SEO channels.

Not a must, but a plus:

  • Experience working across multiple markets, languages, and time zones.
  • Strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and partners at once.
  • Track record of effectively prioritising marketing activities for maximum impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to produce insights from data.
  • Working knowledge of common analytical tools and CRM systems, e.g. Tableau, Adobe Analytics, MS Dynamics, MS Excel pivot tables, etc.
  • Big picture thinking as well as meticulous attention to detail. Ability to quickly understand business objectives and work with strategic partners to create an aligned marketing strategy and execution plan, with clearly defined metrics and performance indicators.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, who is internally driven to succeed with minimal oversight and direction, can balance the need for strategic focus vs execution.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments, with excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
