About the Role
We are Maersk, and we are looking for a Senior Growth Enablement Manager – Depot & First Mile Solutions to support the continued growth of our First Mile business across the United States. In this role, you will serve as a commercial and technical leader, partnering with Sales, Pricing, Product, and Customer-facing teams to identify, develop, and close strategic First Mile opportunities.
You will act as a subject matter expert for First Mile container drayage solutions, helping customers solve complex transportation challenges while driving growth across Maersk’s integrated logistics portfolio. This is a highly collaborative role that combines consultative selling, solution design, commercial strategy, stakeholder management, and business development. You will play an important role in shaping customer solutions, supporting key client pursuits, and expanding the reach of First Mile services throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for First Mile container drayage solutions and related transportation offerings
- Support new and existing sales opportunities from initial customer engagement through solution development and implementation
- Own and manage a commercial pipeline that supports annual growth targets for the First Mile business
- Lead internal solution reviews, kickoff meetings, pacing calls, executive reviews, and customer proposal discussions
- Collaborate with Pricing, Product, Store Door, Multi-Carrier, and Logistics & Services teams to develop integrated customer solutions
- Prepare customer presentations, business proposals, sales collateral, and executive-ready communications
- Drive visibility of key sales opportunities and commercial updates with stakeholders across the organization
- Support contract and NDA processes, partnering with legal and commercial teams to manage reviews, approvals, and documentation
- Identify and engineer new growth opportunities that expand First Mile capabilities and customer value propositions
- Represent Maersk externally with customers, partners, and industry organizations while championing company values and compliance standards
Who We Are Looking For

- 10+ years of experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related industries
- Strong understanding of transportation solutions, particularly containerized cargo and drayage operations
- Proven experience supporting sales pursuits, business development initiatives, and pipeline management
- Demonstrated success building customer relationships and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate customer needs into practical logistics solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced education is a plus

- Compensation: $175,000 - $215,000
