Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is seeking a Senior Growth Content Associate to join our Travel team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on visual creator passionate about crafting social-friendly, high-performing visuals through photography and video. Reporting to the Brand Director, Travel, you will lead photo and video production for ads and social content, bringing CASETiFY Travel’s products to life through engaging, trend-aware visuals that drive performance.
Job Description
- Concept, design, and produce AI-generated and edited image/video content optimized for Performance Ads.
- Analyze creative performance metrics, test hypotheses, and iterate on high-potential assets.
- Monitor emerging digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor ad strategies to continuously brainstorm and ideate high-converting content concepts.
- Integrate AI tools into the content production workflow, leveraging AI-generated assets to scale execution from ideation to final delivery.
- Meet the content volume target with high-quality content, aligned with performance marketing ad trends, to achieve high ROAS and revenue targets.
- Maintain CASETiFY’s brand voice, aesthetic, and quality standards across all paid ads, in line with global brand and visual guidelines.
- Ensure social-first storytelling - short-form video and Reels-friendly compositions that capture attention in seconds.
- Deeply understand CASETiFY’s brand value proposition and product USPs and translate them into compelling, high-converting ad hooks, scripts, and visuals.
- Maintain an organized workflow and file system to ensure content readiness for paid and organic use.
Requirement
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a strong technical proficiency in generative AI.
- Proven portfolio of high-performing, social-first content, specifically focused on product-centric lifestyle integration.
- Expertise in lighting, composition, and product styling to elevate and align with premium brand aesthetics.
- Proficiency in AI and creative tools, including Tapnow, Higgsfield, VEO3, CapCut, and Canva (mandatory); Adobe Creative Suite (Firefly, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and DaVinci Resolve are highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of how creative assets drive performance marketing metrics.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure; fluently bilingual in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
