The APAC Commercial Core Growth team plays a vital role in formulating commercial strategy and initiatives to improve product commercialization, capture value, and boost customer You will coordinate analytics across diverse markets, developing data-driven insights and implementing standard methodologies.thin SEEK.
This role offers a chance to work on impactful projects, collaborate with executives and managers, and implement solutions that optimize SEEK’s product portfolio while advancing new offerings throughout the customer lifecycle. Your efforts will drive SEEK’s commercial success, expand market presence, and align business priorities with growth strategies by partnering with senior collaborators.
Job Description- Commercial Opportunity Identification: Conduct root cause and driver tree analyses to reveal insights and make strategic recommendations for product commercialization and portfolio optimization, using industry knowledge and consumer trends.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Lead analytical projects with collaborators to improve value through profitability and revenue analysis, lifecycle segmentation, and data integration. Develop dashboards and reports to supervise key performance indicators.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with marketing, sales, strategy, product, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven insights supporting growth initiatives.
- Data Management: Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analysis, maintaining reliable data tools and reporting assets.
- Governance & Reporting System Management: Improve the growth governance framework and enhance reporting systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
- 4–6 years of experience in business growth initiatives, preferably in a digital or consulting environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or Data Science.
- Strong expertise in growth analytics and data-driven decision-making within commercial or marketing functions.
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record to translate sophisticated data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis.
- Experience with large-scale data platforms and visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience to collaborate across diverse teams.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in evaluating growth opportunities and crafting validation experiments.
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities, balancing tactical and strategic priorities.
