Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creation and execution of brand visuals, ensuring a consistent and powerful identity across all channels.
Design and oversee social media content—including posts, stories, carousels, and ad creatives—optimized for engagement and performance.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and motion designers to deliver integrated campaigns.
Translate briefs into impactful visual concepts that tell a story and connect with the audience.
Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media campaigns, and design system work.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary creative teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond visuals and contribute to creative direction.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
