We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in the Marketing Department. 


The Senior Graphic Designer is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for implementing and executing LawVu’s visual brand strategy across all marketing, sales, and corporate communications channels.


This role combines strategic brand oversight with hands-on creative production and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in shaping how LawVu presents itself to the market, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact across every touchpoint.


Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you’ll bring fresh creative thinking while aligning with established brand and business objectives


Key responsibilities

  • Own and maintain LawVu’s visual identity and brand standards 
  • Lead creative execution for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, web, email, paid media, and events 
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all brand assets and communications 
  • Provide creative guidance and quality control across projects and stakeholders
  • Design and develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, reports, and collateral
  • Translate complex legal technology concepts into clear, engaging visual communications 
  • Contribute to website design and conversion optimisation initiatives 
  • Produce high-quality creative assets across multiple channels and formats
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while prioritising according to business objectives 
  • Contribute ideas and creative solutions that support company growth and brand evolution 

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years experience in graphic and web design in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, brand, marketing, and sales collateral 
  • Advanced proficiency in modern design tools and creative workflows (Adobe Suite, Affinity, Figma)
  • Exceptional visual storytelling and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively 
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and user-focused design principles 
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams 
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work


Nice to haves

  •  Experience working within a B2B Saas company
  •  Motion graphics, animation, or video editing capabilities
  •  Competence in Figma
  •  NZ/AUS based residence
