Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play an essential part in crafting our company's visual identity and creating appealing designs across several platforms.
Responsibilities- Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality designs and videos for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, print materials, and other brand assets.
- Manage the full design process from concept development to final execution while ensuring consistency with Jeeny’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the development of innovative campaigns and visual strategies.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, branding, digital design, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia design is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
