About nuuds
nuuds exists to make millennial women feel confident in what they wear and to make their lives easier. We serve women who feel uncomfortable in their skin and want to feel good again. We create confidence through perfectly-fitted clothing that makes millennial women feel incredible, building a sustainable, profitable business driven by customer obsession and operational excellence.
Founded by influencer and entrepreneur Daryl-Ann Denner, nuuds has grown from a small collection of T-shirts into a brand with hundreds of product styles, a cult-like customer following, and ambitious plans to become a billion-dollar global clothing brand. We’re a digital-first, community-driven brand — and every pixel we put into the world reflects that.
The Role
Great design at nuuds isn’t decoration — it’s a growth driver. Our visual identity lives across email inboxes, product pages, paid ads, social feeds, and campaign landing pages, and it has to work hard at every touchpoint: stopping the scroll, communicating confidence, and converting browsers into buyers.
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who brings strong creative instincts alongside serious production skill. You’ll own execution across all digital channels — email, web, paid media, social, and campaigns — and you’ll come to the table with ideas, not just files. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, who sets the overall creative direction, and your job is to help bring that vision to life while contributing concepts, catching opportunities, and elevating the work at every step.
This is a high-output, high-craft role. You’ll move fast and stay sharp — producing assets that are on-brand, conversion-aware, and genuinely beautiful. You don’t wait to be told exactly what to make. You understand the brand, know the customer, and use that to fuel creative thinking that supports the team’s direction rather than replacing it.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain the nuuds visual identity across all digital channels — ensuring consistency while contributing ideas for how the brand can evolve each season.
- Build and maintain comprehensive design systems in Figma, including component libraries, style guides, color systems, and typography standards for cross-functional use.
- Create and manage brand asset libraries including fonts, color palettes, graphic elements, templates, and seasonal toolkits.
- Develop custom graphic elements, typographic treatments, and visual motifs that become part of the nuuds visual vocabulary.
- Set and enforce design standards that ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Design and produce all marketing emails — including product launches, promotions, welcome flows, post-purchase sequences, win-back campaigns, and seasonal moments.
- Build production-ready email templates in Klaviyo (or similar ESP) with mobile-first design, accessible markup, and CRO best practices baked in.
- Design email creative that balances brand storytelling with clear hierarchy, compelling CTAs, and conversion-driven layouts.
- Partner with the email marketing team to A/B test subject line visuals, layout variations, hero treatments, and CTA design — iterating based on open rate, click rate, and revenue-per-send data.
- Maintain a modular email template system that enables fast production without sacrificing quality or brand integrity.
- Design homepage modules, collection pages, product detail pages (PDPs), landing pages, and promotional banners for the nuuds Shopify storefront.
- Create seasonal site refreshes and campaign-specific landing pages that align with launch creative and drive conversion.
- Apply CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles to web design — understanding how visual hierarchy, imagery placement, and UX decisions affect add-to-cart and checkout rates.
- Design responsive layouts optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet — with mobile as the primary experience for our customer.
- Partner with the development team on design handoff, QA, and implementation using Figma specs and dev-ready asset packages.
- Design site merchandising assets including category banners, editorial modules, and promotional callouts that support the buying journey.
- Execute integrated campaign creative across all digital touchpoints — translating the Creative Director’s direction into polished, production-ready assets.
- Actively contribute ideas during campaign concepting — bringing visual references, design concepts, and channel-specific suggestions that feed the Creative Director’s direction.
- Build out full campaign asset suites that scale across email, web, social, paid, and any additional channels required for each launch.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling, on-brand executions that serve both brand storytelling and performance objectives.
- Proactively flag creative opportunities — a trend, a format, a visual approach — and bring them to the Creative Director as inputs, not decisions.
- Design high-performing ad creative across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Display, and emerging paid platforms.
- Develop static, animated, and mixed-media ad formats optimized for each platform’s specifications and audience behavior.
- Build creative testing frameworks — designing multiple variations of hooks, visuals, and formats to support performance team’s testing roadmap.
- Partner with the growth team to analyze creative performance data and iterate on top-performing concepts.
- Maintain brand integrity in paid creative while designing specifically for conversion — understanding that performance creative has a distinct visual language.
- Design static social assets, carousel graphics, Instagram highlight covers, Story templates, Reels cover frames, and platform-specific creative for organic and paid channels.
- Develop social design templates that empower the Senior Social Media Manager to produce on-brand content efficiently and at scale.
- Design assets that feel native to each platform — not just resized versions of other channel assets.
- Stay current with platform design trends, format updates, and visual best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Support UGC integration by designing branded frames, overlay treatments, and reposting templates that maintain visual consistency.
- Create motion graphics and light animations for email, web, social stories, and paid media using After Effects or similar tools.
- Design animated product showcases, GIF-style email banners, and looping social assets that increase engagement and dwell time.
- Develop interactive or scroll-triggered web modules in collaboration with the development team where applicable.
- Use motion strategically to highlight product features, reinforce brand personality, and elevate campaign storytelling.
- Partner closely with the Creative Director, Senior Social Media Manager, and VP of Community on all campaign and content needs.
- Manage the digital asset production calendar — tracking deliverables, deadlines, and file organization across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Maintain an organized, well-documented asset library that’s accessible across the team and optimized for fast retrieval and repurposing.
- Support wholesale and retail creative needs including Nordstrom partnership assets, trade materials, and co-branded collateral.
- Present all project proposals and creative directions for approval before production begins.

- Ability to balance creative ambition with performance accountability — your best work looks great and drives results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple channels simultaneously without dropping quality or missing deadlines.
- Every design decision starts with “Would our customer stop and feel something?” (core value: “Don’t %#@! The Customer”) Customer Obsession:
- You hold yourself to a standard of work that sets the benchmark, not meets it (core value: “Somebody Has to Be the Best”) Excellence Pursuit:

Why nuuds
At nuuds, design is not a support function — it’s a core driver of how we acquire customers, build loyalty, and tell our story. You’ll work in an environment where your creative opinion is valued, your technical skills are stretched, and your work has a direct line to business outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who loves the craft enough to obsess over the details, and cares enough about the brand to push back when something isn’t right. If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
nuuds is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
